What cookies do

Current website configuration

The site runs on WordPress. Authorised editors may receive cookies for login, authentication and administration preferences. These are different from ordinary visitors browsing public pages. Cookie names, lifetimes and behaviour must be checked on the final live configuration.

Live search requests results from this website. The search and newsletter panels do not add a custom preference cookie. The newsletter is not connected and cannot currently accept subscriptions.

External services

The current theme loads Bootstrap files from jsDelivr and can load author profile images from Gravatar. External requests are not the same as cookies, but can share technical information such as an IP address with the provider. External social sharing services are opened only when you follow a sharing link.
